Quadrant Homes' 4 x 4 Means More agent/broker bonus program is easy, fun and profitable. That's because you get a $10,000 bonus* when you sell 4 new Quadrant Homes in 4 months (May 1–August 31 and/or September 1–December 24, 2008). And that's on top of the 3% SOC for each sale!

* Sell four new Quadrant homes between May 1 and August 31, 2008 and/or between September 1 and December 24, 2008, and receive a $10,000 bonus. Four sales must occur within a 120-day period to qualify. Bonus will be paid to Broker for disbursement.
