Quadrant Homes' New Home Showroom is the only one of its kind in the Northwest. It's a one-stop shop filled with thousands of finishes, features, colors and materials. As you enter the exciting selection phase of the homebuilding process, you're encouraged to visit the Showroom as many times as you wish (Showroom hours).
Plan on visiting approximately 3–5 times to complete your selections. For individualized service, consultations are available, by appointment, Monday through Friday. To schedule a time slot with a Showroom Coordinator, call the Showroom prior to visiting (Bellevue 425-562-4005 or Lacey 866-757-0718).
Your First Visit to the New Home Showroom
We want you to feel comfortable; so take your time and make yourself at home. Plus we'll want to sit down with you for about 15 minutes so that we can introduce you to the entire selection process. A Showroom Coordinator will help you:
- Examine your floor plans, exterior elevation, configuration and site
- Determine exterior siding color(s) and fencing costs specific to your home site
- Review your selection sheets, including price
- Familiarize you with the Online Selection System (OSS) and set-up your username and password
- Schedule your Q&A/Electrical and Final appointments
Showroom Appointments
Q&A Appointments
Some homebuyers prefer to go through the New Home Showroom on their own. However, other homebuyers want personal consultation time. One-hour appointments are available with Design Coordinators. They can assist you with color/design selections, product information and other questions.
Electrical Appointments
A one-hour Electrical Appointment is dedicated time set aside with a Coordinator to help you draft and choose lighting and electrical plans. The Electrical Appointment and selections must be completed prior to your Final Appointment.
Final Appointments
A Final Appointment is a two-hour meeting with a Showroom Coordinator. This time is set aside to review and finalize all online selections. Once you have finished your “final” selections, no additional changes should be made to your new home.
Final Change Orders (FCO)
It happens. Occasionally, a change comes through after the “final” selections have been made. And as long as your home has not been released for construction, we're happy to help you with your changes through a Final Change Order (FCO). Schedule a FCO Appointment as soon as possible. Be prepared to meet for two hours and to pay a $250 fee by check. You can make as many changes as you'd like with the exception of the following:
- Exterior siding color
- Fencing (adding or deleting)
- Changes to your floor plan, configuration and/or elevation of your home.
- Garage man door (adding or deleting)
- Home site number
- Deck & Patio size
Online Selection System
To learn how to access your personal account, take some time to review the Online Selection System brochure located inside your New Home Showroom notebook. You'll find your username and password on the first page of this brochure.
Entering your Selections Online
While at the New Home Showroom, we will supply you with either a wireless tablet PC or a laptop. Or you may choose to access our OSS through our wireless router with your own personal laptop. There are some homebuyers who prefer to walk through the Showroom with the price sheet and pencil in hand - entering selections at home on their own PC. We're here to accommodate your personal preferences.
Lighting & Electrical Selections
Electrical and lighting plans are one of the most complex processes at the Showroom. A Showroom Coordinator will enter these selections for you online at your Electrical Appointment.
Special Order Section
Our special order section offers more customized choices, such as crown molding, chair rail, hemlock doors & millwork, etc. If you are interested in selecting any of the special order items, we encourage you to schedule a 1-hour Q&A appointment and a Coordinator will review and enter them online for you.
Selection Sheet Pricing
Because of the day to day market fluctuation, pricing is subject to change. So please be sure and keep your original pricing sheet you were given after you purchased your home and we will honor the prices listed.
Showroom Tools to Help You Through the Process
Reference Guide
When you log-on to your online account, you'll see a Reference Guide tab located in the upper-right corner of the page. The Reference Guide has product information, disclaimers and other details necessary for you to make the best decisions possible. You can also look in the Reference Guide section of your Showroom notebook for a hard copy of this important information.
Idea Boards
Idea Boards, located throughout the Showroom, can give you an idea of compatible color/product combinations. In the event, that a sample has been discontinued, refer to a Showroom Coordinator for help in determining suitable alternatives.
Model Home Pictures
Located on your online account are pictures of model homes. Simply click the picture of your choice to view additional information. If certain colors are no longer available, a Showroom Coordinator can help you choose other comparable selections.
Non-English-Speaking Homebuyers
If you would like to have assistance from an interpreter while at the Showroom, just let us know. Or contact us for assistance at anytime during your visit. We want your experience at the New Home Showroom to be hassle-free and enjoyable.
Homebuyers Who Live Out of State
It is essential that Quadrant homebuyers make their design/product selections in person. We promise to do our best to work with your schedule.
If you are unable to attend your Final Appointment, you will need to have someone represent you in your absence. Contact your Community Sales Manager to assist you with the necessary paperwork before your representative attends the Final Appointment.
Safety at the Showroom
Emergency Evacuation
Please refer to the Showroom map inside your Showroom notebook for emergency exit locations. In the event of an emergency, we will evacuate the building. Once you have exited the building, a Showroom Representative will direct you toward a pre-determined assembly location.
Sign-in Sheets
Each time you visit the Showroom, we're going to ask that you sign in and sign out at the front desk. In the event of an emergency, this will help us account for each and every person in the Showroom.
Children
We love children and they are always welcome at the Showroom. We even have a special Kid's Place for your children to color, relax and watch movies. Since we do not provide supervision at the Kid's Place, it's important that you watch over your own children.
For everyone's safety and convenience, we absolutely do not allow children to run through the facility or climb on the displays.
